We offer next-day delivery from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm (ACDT) Monday - Saturday.

Substitution Policy

Every effort will be made to fulfill your order as described, including shape, size, and color, with substitutions made only if necessary to maintain the overall aesthetic and ensure timely delivery.

Fees and Charges

Delivery fees will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the suburb provided. Each suburb incurs a different delivery cost determined by its distance from Little Willow Wood. These fees are based on postcodes and are subject to change at our discretion.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

While we strive for successful delivery of every order, circumstances may arise that prevent it. In such cases, we will contact the provided numbers to discuss next steps. If no response is received within five minutes, the courier will proceed accordingly. Reasons for unsuccessful deliveries may include refusal by the recipient, incorrect address, unavailability of occupants, or closed business premises. Please ensure accurate delivery information to avoid failed deliveries and potential additional fees for redelivery.

Recipient "Not at Home"

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, we will leave it in a secure location. However, Little Willow Wood cannot be held liable for the product once delivered. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately. In cases of locked properties or unavailability, we'll contact both sender and recipient to determine the next steps, which may include redelivery with additional charges or collection from our premises.

Privacy Policy

Sender Anonymity and Disclosure

Senders can request anonymity, but in case of recipient queries, we are obliged to disclose the sender's name.


Orders cannot be canceled once delivered. If cancellation is requested before dispatch, we may accommodate it, but cancellations after dispatch may incur a fee.
